Shipping Policy

You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order successfully. Normally it will take 3-5 working days to process after confirmation. Most orders will be received within 3-5 business days, such as USA and Canada. Custom wigs have a 10-14 day processing time. On very rare occasions, international shipping to some countries can take 5-10 days or even longer for some slow-to-ship countries such as South Africa, Nigeria. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the destination country's customs clearance processes. 

Processing is the period where your order has been received and will began fulfillment once full payment has been received and your order has been cleared of any fraud alerts.  If you have chosen SHOP PAY, SEZZLE, AFTERPAY or any split payment options, please note that your order does not begin processing until the funds have been cleared. This can take 1-3 business days, and this is also a part of the processing period.

Order processing begins as soon as an order is submitted. As a result, order modifications are not permitted after an order is submitted. This includes product changes, shipment methods, addresses, cancellations, etc. 

Expenses associated with delayed or incorrect orders: Rachel’s Hair Loft is not responsible for your hair appointment cancellation fees assessed by your hair stylist/salon. We ask that you receive and confirm all items purchased before confirming all hair appointments. Rachel’s Hair Loft is also not responsible for installing the products purchased on our website and stores. All returns and return-to-shipper shipments will incur a flat restock fee of $35. 

FedEx / DHL / USPS / GES / UPS are our main shipping providers. We also provide express shipping service, if needed, you can email: contact@rachelshairloft.com.  Please understand that we (Rachel’s Hair Loft) are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages.

Track Your Order 

You will receive an e-mail once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. Please allow 1-2 days for the tracking information to show.  If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the shipping carrier for any package delays.  Rachel’s Hair Loft are not responsible for any delays, lost/stolen packages or shipping technicalities.

International Taxes and Duties 

International customers are responsible to pay any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees which your local Customs authority deems appropriate. These fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by Rachel’s Hair Loft, and thus cannot be refunded.

Wrong Address Disclaimer 

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is entered. If you decide to cancel your order or change your address, please email us at contact@rachelshairloft.com immediately after placing your order and we will do our best to make the changes, but we cannot guarantee 100% success. If it is too late for our team to cancel or change your order, you can return it to us after you receive it.

All of our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your address, but you have not received your order, please contact your shipping carrier for consultation as soon as possible.

Processing & Shipping

Rachel’s Hair Loft offers free domestic shipping on every order.  Our usual processing time is 3-5 days (natural black wigs) and between 5-7 business days (custom wigs i.e., small/large cap, colored, or highlights).

Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days after processing.  Shipping confirmation and tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as the order ships.
