Rachel’s Hair Loft offers free domestic shipping on every order. Our usual processing time is 3-5 days (natural black wigs) and between 5-7 business days (custom wigs i.e., small/large cap, pixie, colored, or highlights).
Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days after processing. Shipping confirmation and tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as the order ships.
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are FINAL. All orders are customized based on your selection. Once we receive your order, we begin processing the order immediately. Please be sure you have chosen the correct style, color, and length before checking out. We do not give refunds, exchanges, or credits for any reason. Any unauthorized returns will be refused. We do not offer any warranties, guarantees, or repairs. We are not responsible for a unit that does not fit. Custom unit colors are made to order. The end result color will vary.
