Rachel’s Hair Loft offers free domestic shipping on every order. Our usual processing time is 3-5 days (natural black wigs) and between 5-7 business days (custom wigs i.e., small/large cap, pixie, colored, or highlights).
Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days after processing. Shipping confirmation and tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as the order ships.

Please be sure you have chosen the correct style, color, and length before checking out. We do not give refunds, exchanges, or credits for any reason.
